Your Entrepreneur Opportunity… Like it or Love it?

As a role, most people say “Yes” to the requests of someone we know and like.  Do you use this same rule when deciding on an entrepreneur opportunity?

Is that why home parties are so popular and successful too?

Another general rule is that good-looking people have an advantage in social interaction and how they are viewed by others.  Research shows that good-looking people have more favorable traits also such as talented, kind, honest and intelligent.  We make these judgments without even being aware that physical attractiveness even plays a role in this process.  More pleasing to the eye will linger more than those that are not.  Is this why we make sure we take time to make ourselves presentable?

What if physical appearance was not an issue? After all, most people have average looks? Another factor is we like people who are similar to us.  Similar in opinions personality traits, background or life-style.  Some go as far as copy others, body posture, mood, verbal style to be just like them.

We should not take the physical appearance as an issue to building our business.  Follow the leaders in what they do to take action.  It doesn’t matter what they look like, it does matter what they do.  As the saying, actions speak louder than words!.

Then for the most part, we like things that are familiar to us.  When you use team learning.  It helps the cooperation we have on those using the liking principal.  It helps us pull together our familiarity toward one another.  It is too easy to stay in the box, be comfortable with things familiar to us.  We should be able to learn how to apply things that are not comfortable and think outside the box.

Thinking outside the box is too hard! Do you think so too?  You have to be creative in your marketing efforts to see how people respond.  What works best and how you can change it for improvements.  As they say, always test, track and tweak.

Because our liking can be increased, look for the defenses so you can recognize them: physical attraction, familiarity and association.  The timing of all these can come into factor also.  The time to react.  Reacting is timely when starting an entrepreneur opportunity.  Love it and act fast!

    That is a very interesting article. This is why network marketing is so popular too. People do business with people they like and trust.

    If you come across as a person who love what you do and enjoy it then people will be more attracted to learn what it is exactly that you are doing.

  2. great post, people do not join a business, people join you, we as humans need to flock and the way attraction marketing works, let’s us build our own flock. But yes it comes down to attracting people with how you act and represent yourself.

    Alecia – I agree with the points you consider, but I would like to add that people also are drawn to people who they aspire to be like. Some one who is perceived as successful and who can help them attain what they desire. So as I tell my team – walk the walk and talk and talk until you live the life!
