I met a very sweet and amazing lady from UK that shared with me her secret Younique lashes experience.

Initial sales commissions range from 20-30% (many MLM companies outside the cosmetic industry pay way bigger percentages)
In order to qualify for downline commissions you’ll need at least $250 in personal retail sales. This can be tough if you no experience in sales or network marketing so don’t expect results overnight.

In order to maintain qualifications you must sell or consume $125 of product every 90 days.

Be aware of your numbers in sales as you’ll need to consider before you make your decision to join as a distributor. However, you must understand that success in network marketing is all about your connections.

Personally I believe that you need to love the products before you start a Younique business. Because it will require much of your time and effort to promote the products whether it’s using social media or doing meetings, conferences and phone calls. The success of your business is all about your ability to recruit and spread the word about the business.
