What To Share On Your Facebook Wall

Many business owners have a hard time. Knowing what to share on their profile wall when you do your best to keep your Business page separate.

I personally look at my wall sharing what I do with my family and in my personal life. Then keep my business and offers separate. So people know here to find that information.

When you are networking with other business owners and building a team, it’s best to feature your team and who helps you on your wall. This will allow you to show a stronger wall of faith. People will see who recommends you, more mastermind opportunities and more opportunities that people will comment and encourage your new team mates.

So when someone joins, grab their picture and welcome them. The more you share about your team, people will be attracted to you. They will be more genuinely care about you.

Share what books you are reading. You start to gather a bigger list of books, if your friends share what they are reading too.

Not only does this help you keep your belief of your mindset, but position yourself with posture will show others why to join you. They resonate with you, your failures, share your story of pain and builds a team of support.

People will see where you market and hang out. So keep failing till you succeed.

Just don’t be annoying and post things that is not relevant to you or keep posting your opportunity. People will eventually opt out to see your updates. I have noticed that when you share more about others, people will come respond to you more.

In all your updates, it’s important to be yourself and share what you would share in person. Keep this list handy to help you brainstorm and use ideas of your own:

1. Quotes: Inspirational, motivational or funny quotes.

2. Fill-in-the-blank posts (e.g. “If someone gave me one million dollars right now, the first thing I would do is  _________”)

3. What’s New or Trending: Inform your audience of “what’s new” or  “trending” in your relevant industry (Hint: these get lots of re-tweet’s and shares)

4. Re-purpose an old blog post or video: Remember, there are tons of new friends and followers you have that didn’t see your old content before. Share share share it!

5. Behind-the-scenes pictures or video footage: Take candid selfies of yourself or your workspace and let people know what you are working on in real-time. People are nosy and love to know what’s going on in your world.

6. Ask Questions: Make sure your questions are simple and short so people can give you an easy short answer. This is a great way to create engagement with your followers.

7. Brand Your Own Images: Create an image with canva.com or use the WordSwag App in your App Store and add the URL to your blog or capture page on the image.

8. Product pictures (without the logos): If you are in a product based business (i.e. shakes, wraps, cosmetics, etc.) post pictures of your products without showing the logo. I like to call these ‘curiosity posts’. Include a brief description of what the product has done for you and watch your inbox BLOW UP! Works like a charm!

9. Lifestyle pictures: Take pictures of you and your family or friends doing fun stuff. This entices people to ask you what you do to have so much fun all the time.

10: Post short 15-60 second videos: This is easy to do with your smart phone while you are on the go. Share a tip about something that people in your niche would enjoy in 15-60 seconds. You’ll notice that you will get a lot more engagement compared to your longer videos.

‘When you master whats between the ears, everything becomes easier’ –  I love this quote and help me put all of these tips in order.
