I asked, What is the One Thing You Do To Grow Your Business to professionals to get new insights as to how each one focuses on growing their business.
This question is inspired by a book I have read, The One Thing, Book by Gary W. Keller and Jay Papasan.
The book discusses the value of simplifying one’s workload by focusing on the one most important task in any given project. It taught me that focus is key with your business as so many loose directions when there are so many parts to building a successful business.
Asking these questions with professionals I network enlightened me that every person has new insight into their one thing.
In reality, this one thing changes for me a lot as well, yet realizing what your one thing brings you back to focus.
