Tupperware Review

Lets look into this Tupperware Review with a new understanding of the company, products, and how representatives make income and are compensated.

Tupperware Company

Located in Orlando, Florida, Tupperware has been around since 1946 focused on selling polyethlene containers.

Earl Silas Tupper started the company in 1946 when he ran into Brownie Wise and Thomas Damigella who were trying to sell products for homes through Stanley Home Products. After these 3 guys got together they began making the Tupperware products. The company is a member of the Direct Selling Association (DSA)which is not easy to become a member of.

Tupperware Containers

The main product that Tupperware sells is polyethylene food containers and kitchenware. They are best known for the stackable, high stress, sealable, temperature resistant food containers that are used pretty much all over the world. There are many organization ideas you can create through the tupperware products.

Tupperware Compensation Plan

To become a distributor for Tupperware you can join at 2 prices. You can get the Executive Business Kit for $120 or you can get the regular Business Kit for $80. The executive business kit has a retail of $525 and the regular business kit has a retail value of $355.

There are two things to consider as a Tupperware Distributor:

1. While Home Parties can generate sales, consistently doing so is dependent upon your ability to maintain a full schedule of parties, month in and month out. When limited to your small network of friends and loved ones, accomplishing this will never be as simple as Tupperware advertises.

2. Your sales will be limited to the immediate area of where you live, and dependent upon how far you are willing to drive to conduct a party.

That is why it is essential to effectively research your area on where you want to build your team.

When you fist become a distributor, you must decide on the income goals you would like to accomplish. Then learn how many people you need on your team to accomplish that goal.

Tupperware looks at it as how many parties you need to have a month. It is suggested that if you want to make $2,500, you need to book at least 16 parties a month. These do not all have to be in-home parties, but can also be online parties as well.

Some Tips To Remember For Success In Tupperware

Learn how to stay close to your Director, the one who signed you up. Be sure to research your area to see if it would be successful in setting up parties in the area. Don’t be afraid of the telephone! You are going to have to build your team by contacting everyone you know and their contacts.

Be sure to check out one I recommend, is Jessica Peterein and you can find her site at: www.4evertw.com.  All her information is on there and you can get all your Tupperware questions answered.

Personally I do not see many parties doing well today. More people become so busy that they are not visiting each other in their homes as they used to when the company got started. Leveraging the internet to build your business can be effective when done correctly. Be sure to have an approach to attract people to you.

Using a personal blog and sharing your content and ideas is huge on how people can relate to you.
