Who is Mindy Renfroe?

Mindy began her involvement with Rodan and Fields while working with her husband, Derek, at his Dental practice. Little to learn that she meet her future destiny while researching better skin care products that they were already promoting. Finding that the network marketing structure of building a business and sharing products is much more natural than how many store brands are promoted today. She loves making sure she spends plenty of time with the family she loves and helping others be able to do the same.

Dermatologist developed skin care range, Rodan and Fields, was developed by two Stanford trained Dermatologists, Katie Rodan and Kathy Fields. Previously, they developed Proactiv and licensed the products to Guthy Renker. Rodan and Fields was purchased in 2003 by Estee Lauder Companies but the business still operated somewhat independantly. Rodan and Fields launched on QVC and it was a huge hit. Rodan and Fields could previously be purchased from high end department stores but it is now concentrating on multi level direct selling through consultants. Rodan and Fields provides an excellent business oppurtunity for women who are passionate about skin care and selling products through friends and family. Their multiplier effect allows consultants to earn significant comission through Multi Level Marketing. Rodan and Fields has a pile of glowing reviews from consumers and very few negative reviews on the internet. Rodan + Fields has been featured in Oprah Magazine, Allure, New Beauty and Vogue.
