Simply you need to have basic questions in learning how to interview will take people to the next level and process.
First you need to understand how they found you. Ask them about the ad or call that brought them to you. What attracted them to respond?
Next let them understand your process, so they understand how and why they should go through the process. Relate to them in a way to connect at their level.
1. Tell me a little about yourself. What’s your occupational background?
2. What type of income are you accustom to?
3. Why are you looking?
4. Have you ever been network marketing before?
There is much more than these basic four questions. Like posture and how you relate to your prospects in the answers and feedback they give you.
So you are listening to their problems and needs to find if the solution you have to offer will work for them.
