By wondering how an expert stands to benefit from our compliance will give us a safety not against undue and automatic influence.  Most of the time we rely on experts of what other people have said.  That’s why we rely so heavily on reviews.  There are many articles on reviews, many places where you can list your reviews on different sites as well to get peoples opinion on how the expert really stands up.  So the automatic influence comes from others around us.  So consider this powerful trick the next time you review a company or product to your expertise.  We can all become experts, so be truthful on how you can help others.  See how some reviews do not list relevant advice of what you are specifically looking for.  So be your own expert, and seek the leaders of how they position themselves as experts.   Once you become an expert, you are a leader in what you just evaluated.  Instant authority.  So be careful of what you find!
